Position Overview The Clinician will oversee patient care and clinical services for an identified caseload within our adolescent treatment program. Responsibilities include facilitating group and individual therapy, engaging families, coordinating treatment, communicating with referral sources and collateral contacts, completing treatment planning and clinical assessments, and providing case management and care coordination. The ideal candidate is able to build strong therapeutic relationships, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure that each patient experiences coordinated, individualized care with everyone working toward shared treatment goals. Services and caseload may vary based on program needs, experience, and level of licensure. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family-focused clinical services to adolescents and their families. Facilitate engaging, therapeutic, and evidence-based groups. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans. Conduct clinical assessments and utilize outcome measurements to monitor patient progress. Coordinate care with families, schools, outpatient providers, referral sources, and other collateral contacts. Provide case management and support appropriate referrals and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Support patients and families in identifying strengths, treatment goals, and appropriate next steps. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and program development as needed. Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards consistent with organizational and licensing requirements. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or another related behavioral health field, with at least one year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment setting; or Bachelor's degree with appropriate initial clinical licensure or certification and at least five years of experience providing direct clinical services in a related field; or Master's degree with independent clinical licensure perferred, including
LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC I
, or another related independent license, with at least three years of direct clinical experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment. Experience working with adolescents, adults, families, mental health concerns, substance use, PHP, IOP, or other intensive treatment settings is strongly preferred.
