Consults with nurses, doctors and psychiatrists. May work with specific populations, such as youth, senior citizens or substance abusers, in group settings, facilities or hospitals.

$60,000 - 66,500 (Based on experience and credentials)

Key Responsibilities:
Empower Personal Growth:
Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. You'll use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.
Coordinate Care:
Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
Provide Clinical Expertise:
Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
Ensure Progress:
Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date. Be a Resource in
Times of Need:
Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.

Qualifications:
Clinical Master's degree Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.) Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Good organizational, communication, and writing skills Substance abuse clinical experience preferred
