Somerville Salary Range:
$32,500.00- $35,000.
What you will do:
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youths and their families. Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports. Work as part of the On Call rotation, be part of Agency committees and Groups and that they will be leading trainings for the Agency. Empower youth/young adults in the milieu environment with skills and strategies to support their mental and behavioral health needs. Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth. Promote and strengthen family's natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth. Ensure that youth/young adult's rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency. Work with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for youth. Provide crisis interventions and support, work with local ESP teams for additional clinical supports.Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars:
