We are seeking dedicated, fully licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding clinical team. Position Overview The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy services in a professional, supportive clinical environment. We are looking for clinicians who demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong ethical standards, excellent documentation practices, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful progress. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy within areas of clinical competency. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs. Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical quality and continuity of care. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethics, and applicable Maryland regulations. Manage an agreed-upon caseload and maintain professional communication regarding scheduling and client needs. Required Qualifications Applicants must hold one of the following active Maryland clinical licenses: Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Additional Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical discipline. Current unrestricted Maryland clinical license. Ability to independently provide outpatient psychotherapy within the scope of licensure. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Ability to use electronic health record systems. Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing outpatient mental health services. Familiarity with TherapyAppointment, Headway, or similar practice management platforms. Experience with trauma-informed care, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, or life transitions. Experience working with diverse populations. Compensation Competitive compensation based on a percentage of collected revenue, as established in the Independent Contractor Clinical Services Agreement.
