Overview:

Behavioral Health Provider - LCSW & LPC in Fort Kent, Maine. Partnering to develop outpatient programs for senior adults and cardiopulmonary rehab. Full-time hospital position with benefits and salary covered by the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care with comprehensive intake assessments Developing treatment plans and promoting patient progress Conducting individual, couples, family, or group therapy Delivering age-appropriate care to the senior adult population

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling Licensed in Maine as LCSW or LPC Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of geriatric needs, and effective communication

Preferred:

2+ years of outpatient or inpatient behavioral health experience Experience working in multidisciplinary teams Work hours are Monday-Friday, day shift.
