PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to behavioral healthcare. We are currently recruiting for an ACT Team Leader to work full-time in Jackson, Michigan overseeing a community-based program serving adults with severe mental health conditions. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, or LP Minimum two years of experience providing direct behavioral health services Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to provide community-based services as needed Must live within a 45-minute radius of Jackson to meet on-call responsibilities Pay•$60-75k depending on licensure and experience Responsibilities•Provides clinical leadership and daily supervision and oversight of the ACT team Oversees day-to-day operations of the ACT program Ensures compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and agency standards Monitors program performance and outcomes Reviews productivity, documentation, and service delivery Provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, consultation, hospitalization support, and on-call coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and meet program needs IND123
