Shift Incentive:
+ $1.25/hour for hours worked 5pm- 12am |+ $2/hour for hours worked 12am
- 8am | + $3/hour for weekends worked Friday 5pm
- Monday 8am

Under the supervision of the Crisis Services Coordinator, provides an enhanced level of support for persons with mental illness and substance use disorders. Duties include a variety of supportive services and direct interventions with consumers who are in crisis. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI's mission, policies and procedures.Requirements:
Possession of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required. A minimum of one (1) years' experience interacting with persons with emotional impairments required. Must have experienced a significant disruption in their lives from the onset of a severe mental illness, have received public mental health services currently or in the past for the mental and are now in recovery. Must be able to operate a computer and have the ability to gain proficiency in CMHA-CEI's computer systems, including Smart Care and Microsoft Word. Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use is required.Conditional Employment Requirements:
