Job Description
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Licensed Professional Counselor/QMHP/Psychologist throughout the state of Michigan. The QMHP will oversee a variety of professional assignments to provide a casework and treatment services to residents of correctional facilities. Candidates for this position are required to have a Master's degree. Candidates for this position are required to have a Master's degree. We are accepting Licensed Master/Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Psychologists. Candidates must have a Michigan license to practice and a Master's Degree.

$55.00/hrLocation:
Lenox Township, MI Job Duties Complete and oversee a variety of professional assignments to provide casework and treatment services to residents of State facilities, group homes, or other care facilities. Provide individual and/or group treatment and social casework for residents/clients and families. Serve within a treatment team to diagnosis problems, formulate treatment plans, and evaluating progress. Prepare social-psychiatric case information, psychosocial assessment, and social work treatment plans, for use in pre-admission screening & diagnosis. Arrange for placement of residents in suitable homes; assist in patient adjustments to the community; evaluates patient needs for future care. Help residents arrange and receive facility services such as: patient workshops, meetings/conferences, locate employment opportunities for eligible residents.Sex Offender Treatment:
Ability to work with individuals who enganged in sexually abusive behaviors. Required to complete risk and needs assessments and provide group and individual therapy. Formal training provided.Minimum Qualifications:
1 year experience performing similar services 2-3 references Master's Degree Acceptable license valid in the state ofMichigan:
LCSW- Licensed Clinical Social Worker LMSW
- Licensed Master Social Worker LPC
- Licensed Professional Counselor, PSYL
- Psychologist License (limited license are accepted)
