Job Description
The Bay Human Services Independent Living/Family Support Team Leader coordinates a team of Independent Living Assistants or Community Living Support workers who provide support to facilitate the independence of persons served. The Team Leader is committed to the BHS mission and the values of self-determination and person-centered planning.
