PM Hours:
37.5 hours/week
Salary:
$35.60 - $48.17 per hour (Based on licensing and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative and clinical operations of the program. Supervise and support clinical staff while ensuring quality patient care. Provide individual, family, and group mental health and/or substance abuse services. Support staff with crisis situations and provide after-hours crisis coverage as needed. Collaborate with clients, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with program policies, documentation, and service requirements. Monitor and prepare program data and reports. Support staff training, development, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain a culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental, and client-centered approach.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling . Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license - Required . Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders . Community mental health experience and knowledge of community resources Highly Preferred . Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. Strong crisis intervention, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse client populations. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Information:
Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required based on program needs. After-hours crisis coverage may be required. Flexible scheduling available. All required training is paid. CA02
Pay:
$35.60 - $48.17 per hour
