PM Evening/Weekend:
Some evening and weekend hours may be required
On-Call:
After-hours crisis coverage as needed
Pay:
$35.60

17/hour, based on licensing and experience Key Responsibilities Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the adult outpatient mental health program. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff and program team members. Ensure effective delivery of individual, family, and group mental health and/or substance use treatment. Support staff in managing client needs, community resources, and crisis situations. Participate in clinical oversight, case consultation, and program development. Promote collaborative relationships with clients, families, community providers, and partner organizations. Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, licensing, documentation, and program requirements. Provide after-hours support for crisis calls as needed. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Required Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license
  • Required Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Required Experience in a community mental health setting and knowledge of community resources highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with individual, family, and group therapy. Strong crisis management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations. Strong cultural competency and a nonjudgmental approach to client care. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
