• Start date Mid OctoberThe Munson Adult Crisis Residential Program is a short-term, 24/7 residential treatment program for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis, offering a safe, home-like alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

Residents receive individualized, trauma-informed care—including clinical support, therapy groups, medication management, crisis planning, and skill-building—to stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prepare for a successful transition back to the community. The Behavioral Health Counselor 1 is responsible for supporting patients, coordinating patient care or wider behavioral health initiatives, and representing behavioral health throughout the hospital and wider community.

QualificationsWhat's Required Requires a Bachelor's degreeFor outpatient behavioral health

• requires either the CADC, CAADC, (Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor or Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor) OR the ability to obtain the credential and meet all requirements within the 3 year time frame.

BLS required
