W-2 Position - $50-$65 per clinical hour | Full-time or part-time | Flexible hybrid schedule Headwaters Counseling is a thriving, locally owned group practice serving Zeeland, Holland, and the surrounding lakeshore community. We are seeking a warm, skilled therapist who wants the independence to do excellent clinical work without having to manage billing, credentialing, marketing, or other private-practice administration. Headwaters provides a steady referral stream, and our new therapists typically build their desired caseload within four to six weeks. Clinicians are paid biweekly for completed sessions rather than waiting for insurance reimbursement. We are especially interested in therapists who have experience working with children and adolescents and/or providing trauma-informed care. Depending on the client's preferences and clinical needs, therapists will have opportunities to thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith into treatment. Our offices are located in Zeeland's historic Colonial Clock Building and feature exposed brick, original beams, hardwood floors, large windows and comfortably appointed therapy spaces. Clinicians may provide services from an on-site office and, when clinically appropriate, through telehealth from home.
