2989952826-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Essentia Health is seeking a Psychotherapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient mental health services in Moose Lake, MN. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy to diverse patients across the lifespan. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and participate in case consultations. Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients in an outpatient setting Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments using DSM-5 criteria Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Conduct risk assessments and implement safety planning and crisis interventions as needed Document all clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EHRCollaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, nursing, and other behavioral health professionals Engage patients and families in education around mental health conditions and treatment options Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain licensure, continuing education, and compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment aligned with Essentia Health's mission Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Group therapy facilitation Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5) Treatment planning Crisis intervention Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational interviewing Risk assessment and safety planning Interdisciplinary team collaboration
