Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a ED Crisis Clinician to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. The ED Crisis Clinician is a licensed mental health professional who provides essential front-line support within the Emergency Department. Working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment, the clinician delivers immediate crisis assessment, intervention, and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families experiencing mental health emergencies.
Core responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments. Formulating individualized intervention and referral plans. Determining appropriate levels of care. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered lens. In addition to direct clinical care, the ED Crisis Clinician serves as a key resource to the interdisciplinary team, offering consultation on the psychosocial dimensions of patient care. This role is vital in fostering a collaborative, responsive, and compassionate care environment aligned with the organization's mission and values.Schedule:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health profession 2 or more years of clinical experience in mental health settingLicensure/ Registration/ Certification:
