Join Our Team Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting patients through their mental health journey and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. Essential Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy services. Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational programming. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other treatment team members. Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment interventions as needed. Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines.

QualificationsRequired:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field. Current and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Missouri. Knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities and crisis intervention techniques. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Be able to work on a rotating weekend basis.

Preferred:

Experience in an inpatient psychiatric, behavioral health, residential, or acute care setting. Experience facilitating group therapy. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
