Intake & Assessment Clinicians (Evenings & Overnights) + Lead Intake and Assessment Clinician Are you the calm in the storm? We're opening a brand-new behavioral health hospital, and our Intake & Assessment team is at the heart of it all, welcoming patients, evaluating needs, and setting the course for care. What You'll Do As an Intake & Assessment Clinician , you'll: Conduct behavioral health assessments and risk evaluations Coordinate admissions and level-of-care determinations Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for patients and families Collaborate with medical, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions into care Why You'll Love It Here Brand-new hospital = fresh start, modern space, and the chance to build something meaningful Collaborative, mission-driven culture Career growth opportunities , including leadership pathways Competitive pay + shift differentials Robust benefits package (because we take care of our caregivers!) We're Looking For Fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience in behavioral health assessments, crisis, or intake strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team A steady presence and a big heart. Be able to work at least one weekend shift per week.
