Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is preparing to open its doors, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated PRN Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new behavioral health hospital from the ground up. If you're passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and enjoy the flexibility of PRN work, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional care and making a lasting impact in our community. What You'll Do Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning Provide individual, group, and family therapy services as appropriate Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and other members of the treatment team Assist with crisis intervention and patient stabilization efforts Help create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients Advocate for patients and support their recovery journey What We're Looking For Active Missouri license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, acute care, or related settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with patients Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed What You'll Gain The opportunity to be part of a brand-new behavioral health hospital opening in the Independence area A collaborative and supportive leadership team that values your expertise The chance to help build and shape clinical programs from the beginning Flexible PRN scheduling A meaningful role where you can make a difference in the lives of patients and families every day At Three Trails Behavioral Hospital , we believe healing begins with connection, compassion, and exceptional care.
