Project 360 Youth Services - Missouri Serving homeless and at-risk youth ages 13-18 Project 360 Youth Services is seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. We serve teens facing homelessness, housing instability, abuse/neglect, and trauma. The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual therapeutic support, small group sessions, crisis intervention, and resource referrals to help youth move toward stability and healing. This is a full-time, onsite counseling role working directly with youth ages 13-18 in a drop-in center environment. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, patient, and skilled at building trust with vulnerable youth who may be in crisis. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling to youth experiencing trauma, instability, or homelessness. Facilitate therapeutic/skills-based groups (life skills, coping skills, emotional regulation). Complete intakes, assessments, and crisis safety plans as needed. Collaborate with team members to develop individualized support goals. Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and mandated reporting requirements. Connect youth with outside services (medical, mental health, housing, substance treatment, etc.). Promote a safe, empathetic, youth-centered environment every day.
