Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k) Match About the Position Missouri Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing behavioral health program in Springfield, Missouri. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced clinician who is passionate about helping individuals and families affected by mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders . Fully licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, etc.) are strongly preferred. Provisional/associate-level licensed clinicians may also be considered, with compensation based on licensure level and experience. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients. Conduct clinical assessments and support diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and recovery goals. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health and substance use disorders. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed. Provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care. Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and other members of the clinical team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations. Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and families. Follow all applicable ethical, legal, clinical, and regulatory requirements. Provide services onsite and, when appropriate, through secure telehealth platforms. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field . Current Missouri clinical license such as:

LCSW LPC LMFT

Licensed Psychologist Other applicable independent clinical license Provisional or associate-level licensed candidates may be considered. Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred. Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions is a plus. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills. Family therapy experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred. Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centered care.
