Annual Job Summary:

Hiring a PLPC

•Behavioral Health to provide counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and clinical support for clients with mental health and substance use needs. Master's degree and active Missouri PLPC license or eligibility required; behavioral health experience preferred. PLPC

•Behavioral Health We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling. Conduct client assessments and identify behavioral health needs. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans. Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with other behavioral health professionals and care team members. Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations. Support clients with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Active PLPC license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain PLPC. Previous behavioral health or substance use experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

Approximately $60,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
