Hope Ranch of Missouri is seeking a compassionate Trauma Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team serving children and adolescents who have experienced abuse, neglect, trauma, and instability. Our therapists have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with youth while working alongside residential, educational, and other professionals to provide coordinated, trauma-informed care. Provisionally licensed clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision toward licensure is available. What You'll Do As a Trauma Therapist at Hope Ranch, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based, trauma-focused interventions Utilize approaches such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other trauma-informed modalities , as appropriate to training and certification Help youth develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and positive relationships Work collaboratively with residential and educational staff to support each youth's treatment goals Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate and collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and other members of the youth's treatment team as appropriate We're Looking for Someone Who Has a genuine desire to work with children and adolescents impacted by trauma Builds trusting and appropriate therapeutic relationships with youth Is compassionate while maintaining healthy professional boundaries Values collaboration and enjoys being part of a multidisciplinary team Is dependable, organized, and able to complete clinical documentation on time Is interested in developing expertise in trauma-focused treatment Wants their work to have a meaningful impact beyond the therapy office Licensure Applicants must currently hold or be eligible to practice under one of the following Missouri credentials: PLPC

• Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor LMSW
• Licensed Master Social Worker LPC
• Licensed Professional Counselor LCSW
