Job Overview Empowered Through Counseling, LLC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient private practice in Troy, Missouri. This is a W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a caseload that fits your availability. We provide full administrative support, including reception, credentialing, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus primarily on clinical care. We are seeking a compassionate clinician who values quality client care and a supportive, collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based individual therapy to clients Provide therapy services based on clinical experiences, client needs and areas of interest Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation Review and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Collaborate with colleagues and other providers when needed Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or a related field Current, unrestricted Missouri LPC license Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with children, adolescents, and/or couples is a plus but not required.
