We offer a full continuum of care that includes residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient counseling, all grounded in compassionate, faith-anchored, and trauma-informed support. We believe rock bottom can become the foundation for redemption, and that recovery is built one relationship at a time. The Role This is an LAC Candidate role, a real opportunity to earn your supervised hours and grow into a fully Licensed Addiction Counselor. We're looking for a full-time counselor working toward their LAC to join our clinical team and walk alongside clients on their recovery journey. With the support and supervision of our licensed clinicians, you'll lead individual and group counseling, help build recovery plans, and be a steady, encouraging presence for people doing some of the hardest work of their lives. If you're passionate about addiction recovery and want a clear path to full licensure with a mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in substance use and co-occurring recovery. Help develop and update personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans alongside each client. Support clients through everyday challenges and moments of crisis with compassion and sound judgment. Work closely with our medical, MAT, and case-management team to support whole-person care. Connect clients with alumni support, sober living, and community resources as they transition forward. Keep timely, accurate, and confidential client records. Deliver culturally responsive care that honors each client's background and beliefs, including Wellbriety and Native American traditions. Requirements Montana LAC Candidate (registered, or ready to register) actively working toward your Licensed Addiction Counselor credential. A degree or coursework in addiction studies, psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field. Experience in a substance use or behavioral health setting is a plus, but early-career counselors are encouraged to apply. A compassionate, dependable, team-oriented approach and a heart for recovery work. Comfort providing care in a faith-informed, culturally responsive environment. Availability for an on-site, daytime schedule in Billings, Montana. Benefits Schedule & Pay Full-time, day shift (Monday-Friday). $27-$29 per hour, based on your experience and education.
