Our mission is simple but demanding: deliver clinically excellent care while building trust, professionalism, and partnership inside complex environments. Founded by Dr. Sherry Stoutin in 2011, Ivy is built to bring great care to inmates through compassion, professionalism, and focus. This position would be based out of the Yellowstone County Detention Center. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered Develop effective working relations and cooperate with medical team throughout the entire case management process Providing mental health support and therapy to incarcerated individuals. This includes conducting psychological assessments, leading individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with correctional staff and outside providers. Also includes assisting with discharge planning and reintegration strategies for inmates nearing release. Skills Proven working experience in case management, and mental health care manager or a related job Excellent knowledge of case management principles, and healthcare management Previous experience with psychological aspects of care Effective communication skills Excellent time management skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Compassionate with teamwork skills BA degree in related healthcare field. $45 - $53 Per hour
Shifts:
1 Weekday shift (6-8 hours), and 1 weekend Shift per month ( 2-4 hours)
