Salary:

$17.00 - $19.00 DOE, nonexempt

Schedule:

10:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday through Wednesday (40 hours per week).

Setting:

Residential Recovery Home Supervised by: Residential Program Manager Are you a compassionate and nurturing individual with a heart for supporting mothers and children through challenging times? As an Overnight Support Staff, you will play a vital role in our mission by being a beacon of compassion and supporting families during the night.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist Mothers and Children:

Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during nighttime hours.

Routine Support:

Assist with sleeping routines, morning routines and meals, any necessary personal care, and perform bed checks.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete daily documentation and reporting as needed, including logs and medication counts, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.

Crisis Response:

Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, working in mental health and/or addiction treatment, working with families, or experience in residential facilities is a plus! This position does require a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Driver's License is preferred.
