Job Description

Salary:
$17.00 - $19.00 DOE, nonexempt
Schedule:
10:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday through Wednesday (40 hours per week).
Setting:
Residential Recovery Home Supervised by: Residential Program Manager Are you a compassionate and nurturing individual with a heart for supporting mothers and children through challenging times? Do you possess the empathy and patience needed to provide comfort and reassurance in the darkest hours of the night? If so, we have a rewarding opportunity for you! As an Overnight Support Staff, you will play a vital role in our mission by being a beacon of compassion and supporting families during the night.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist Mothers and Children:
Provide direct support to mothers and their children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during nighttime hours.
Routine Support:
Assist with sleeping routines, morning routines and meals, any necessary personal care, and perform bed checks.
Administrative Tasks:
Complete daily documentation and reporting as needed, including logs and medication counts, ensuring accurate records of care and activities.
Crisis Response:
Be prepared to handle emergencies or urgent needs that may arise during your shift.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Compassionate Care:

Ability to manage daily tasks with precision and care.
Quick Learner:
Capable of adapting to new routines and responsibilities.
Positive Attitude:
A can-do approach to tackling nighttime challenges and supporting residents.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, working in mental health and/or addiction treatment, working with families, or experience in residential facilities is a plus! This position does require a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Driver's License is preferred.
