We are a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a dual-licensed LCPC and Licensed Addictions Counselor to join our behavioral health team in Hamilton, MT . This full-time role provides mental health and substance use disorder services within a primary care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual counseling . The clinician collaborates with medical providers to support whole-person care .

Requirements:
