We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders. Administer screening, develop treatment and education plans, and ensure quality assurance and program standards. Facilitate individual and group counseling, assist with after-care planning, and support staff training. Prepare reports, evaluate program effectiveness, and assist in policy development. Maintain documentation, manage time effectively, and work within a climate-controlled environment, with occasional travel and on-call duties. Qualifications include a Master's in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC), and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes correctional work, therapeutic community models, and familiarity with correctional therapies. Compensation ranges from $25-$30/hour with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development. Must be willing to relocate to Lewistown, MT.
