Job description: We are seeking a Therapist Ariel feels that every person is unique and, therefore, every path to self-reliance, and recovery is unique. We are searching for experienced therapist and seek those individuals who possess not only the professional experience, but also the personal and interpersonal characteristics needed to be successful in a challenging yet rewarding environment of working with both children and adult populations. We Believe in providing the highest quality of Mental Health Care through demonstrating compassion, empathy and perseverance for our consumers and their entrusting families.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial and Annual Intake assessment processing Interview and appropriate documentation: CCA (Clinical Assessment), RAS (Recovery Assessment Scale), PCP (Person Centered Plan), CCP (Crisis Plan) Meet required billing targets and complete all documentation within assigned time frames. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health or a related field/with LPC, LCSW or LCMHC; associate level is acceptable. A minimum of two years in a psychiatric, substance abuse or mental health setting desirable. Completion of AHA CPR course Required experience: psychiatric, substance abuse or mental health setting : 2 years Population served: Children age 3 - 17 Adult 18 -
