We support clinicians with referrals, admin/billing, and a collaborative culture so you can focus on exceptional care. What You'll Do Provide individual, couple, and/or family psychotherapy in person and via secure telehealth portal Complete clear, timely documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals and outcomes Maintain ethical and legal compliance (HIPAA, licensing board standards) Coordinate care with primary care and community resources when appropriate Minimum Qualifications Master's or higher in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related field Active, independent NC license (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, PsyD/PhD) Associates considered (e.g., LCSWA/LCMHCA) with approved supervision plan 0-2+ years clinical experience Strong documentation skills and cultural humility Comfortable with EHR platforms Nice-to-Haves Specialized training: trauma, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples, child/adolescent, perinatal, grief Multiple state licenses Experience with Medicaid/Medicare/commercial payers What We Provide Steady referrals + marketing support Credentialing and billing/collections support HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform & EHR Flexible scheduling (you set your hours) Schedule In-person, flexible hours How to Apply Email your resume and a brief cover letter to kristenb@pathwaystohealingcc.
