Job Summary Summary Rowan Psychiatric is looking for a Compassionate, Loyal, and Understanding Clinician to join the Rowan Family. Rowan Psychiatric has four locations; Concord, Salisbury, Wilkesboro, and Lincolnton. The primary role of this position is to provide treatment for mental health and/or substance abuse patients. The outcome achieved through this position will be quality programming for MH/SA patients and their families. Our objective is designed to help the Clinicians improve the quality of life of the clients as well as provided the clinician and client with the efficiency and effectiveness to meet the needs of this special population.

Clinician Duties:

Provides Outpatient services including; individual, group, and family therapy; Manages and monitors case load of active treatment clients; Monitors clients' progress and safety Coordinates/conducts drug screens and breathalyzer tests; Provides input into the development of the treatment plan; Communicates with the team; Completes and turns in billing daily; Documents all services provided on progress notes; Works on an interdisciplinary team; Participates in clinical supervision; Provides assessment services; Completes and submits monthly reports Performs other clinical duties as needed in the program; Comprehends and utilizes a variety of intervention techniques; Knowledgeable about substances, addiction and recovery; Recognizes relapse signs and provides intervention; Assesses the safety of consumers and contracts for safety This position is required to provide monthly reports, document in logs, and provide incident reporting. Monthly program reports Quarterly reports Correspondence for staff Incident/Accident Reports Performs other duties as requested by their supervisor within the scope of the job Qualifications To be considered for this job, an individual must be either a fully or provisionally licensed LCMHC, or LCSW Master's degree in human services with one year of MH/SA work experience.
