Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to outpatient clients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address mental health concerns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and treatment plans
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and industry trends in mental health counseling

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or equivalent
• Experience in providing outpatient therapy services preferred
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its integration with counseling interventions
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques for behavior change
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning and evaluate outcomes
• Experience in counseling individuals with chronic pain or other medical conditions is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
