Position Summary Certified Clinical Staff provide supportive counseling, relapse prevention services, case coordination support, skills coaching, and structured therapeutic programming within the residential setting. This role helps implement treatment plans, reinforce recovery goals, and support continuity across clinical, educational, family, and community domains. Minimum Qualifications CADC, CADC-I, registrant, or other substance use credential recognized by the organization and applicable North Carolina standards. Experience working with adolescents or transition-age youth preferred. Ability to document services, support recovery-focused programming, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide structured supportive counseling and psycho educational interventions under supervision and within scope of role. Facilitate or co-facilitate groups such as relapse prevention, recovery skills, coping skills, and psycho-education. Assist with treatment-plan implementation, resident engagement, and observation of progress or barriers. Support case management and communication with families, schools, providers, and other systems as assigned. Complete timely documentation, including service notes, coordination notes, and assigned tracking tools. Reinforce recovery skills, emotional regulation strategies, and positive behavior supports within the daily milieu. Report clinical concerns, safety concerns, or changes in resident functioning to the appropriate licensed staff.
