Position Summary Licensed Clinical Staff provide assessment, treatment planning, counseling, family intervention, crisis response, and ongoing clinical coordination for adolescents receiving residential treatment. This role ensures that services are clinically appropriate, individualized, developmentally responsive, and consistent with ASAM Level 3.5 service expectations and organizational procedures. Minimum Qualifications Current North Carolina license or associate license in a behavioral health discipline appropriate to role, such as LCAS, LCAS-A, LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA. Experience working with adolescents and families. Experience in substance use disorder treatment and co-occurring disorders preferred. Training or demonstrated competency in evidence-based practices relevant to adolescent treatment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete bio-psychosocial, substance use, risk, and ASAM-informed assessments within required time frames. Participate in admission review and determine or support level-of-care appropriateness. Develop and update person-centered, family-informed treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions. Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with program schedule and clinical need. Complete documentation that reflects interventions, resident response, coordination efforts, and next steps. Conduct crisis assessment and safety planning related to self-harm, aggression, relapse risk, and psychiatric instability. Coordinate with schools, DSS, DJJDP, medical providers, psychiatric providers, and outpatient/community supports as authorized. Support discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and school re-entry recommendations. Provide after-hours consultation as assigned.
