$48,000+ Incentive Bonuses - We are looking for a Qualified Mental Health Professional to provide Community Support Team (CST) in McDowell County, NC. CST serves adults with mental illness and substance use needs whose treatment requires additional support to live in the community using a team approach to meet each client's needs.
CST is designed to provide:
Symptom stability through the reduction of presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms Restorative interventions targeting interpersonal, community, coping, and independent living skills Psychoeducation Crisis intervention and de-escalation Service coordination and linkage to community resources Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults and/or adolescents in the mental health field Bachelor's degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related) Why Work at SPARC?
