Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Licensed Clinician who aligns with our mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to support clients in their healing journey, whether through trauma recovery, enhancing relational skills, or providing support for various mental health challenges. Counselors with a provisional license in need of completing supervision hours or those with an unrestricted license are welcome to apply.
Position Details:
Willing to be paneled with BCBS & Aetna Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards Participate in regular supervision (if provisionally licensed) and team meetings to support professional growth and client care Engage in continuing education to stay current on best practices in mental health care, trauma healing, and holistic wellness
Qualifications:
Must hold a provisional or unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. Experience in working with trauma or commitment to be trauma-trained, attachment-based understanding, anxiety, depression, grief, and/or other mental health concerns Strong commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care with a holistic approach. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
