Job Description

Do you have a LADC and are you looking for a great professional opportunity? Do you want to make sustainable change in our community? Harbor Care is seeking a talented and committed Residential Group Facilitator and Counselor to help further our mission. We are looking for a dynamic team member to provide Substance Use Disorder Counseling in group and individual settings in our SUD residential facility, Cynthia Day Family Center, where we provide Evidenced Based Treatment for women in a trauma informed environment. Every day is different and you continue to support success beyond graduation from residential programming.

Amherst Street, Nashua Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to include weekends. On-call rotation every one to two months. What You'll Do Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups related to recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and life skills Manage group dynamics and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment Provide individual SUD Counseling to residents of the Cynthia Day Family Center using evidence-based techniques and modalities Function as part of the client's Integrated Care Team Engage in regular clinical supervision with your supervisor At Cynthia Day Family Center, we strive to provide evidenced based SUD treatment within a trauma informed environment. We are looking for a new team member to run daily groups and provide individual counseling for the women who participate in the residential programming at CDFC. LADC or LADC-eligibility is required. We look forward to hearing from you! Job Requirements LADC or LADC eligible - we will provide supervision! Competencies Experience running groups utilizing evidence-based curriculum for SUD services
