Mental Care Plus Clinic is a new, growing outpatient mental health practice in a newly renovated office in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Led by an experienced psychiatrist, we are dedicated to providing innovative, patient-centered care to individuals and families, with a special focus on community-based services. Mental Health Clinician / Therapist ( LSW, LAC, LPSW, LPC, LMFT) conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides individual/group therapy, and coordinates with teams, requiring skills in crisis intervention and case management focusing on client relationships and mental health recovery in NJ outpatient clinic.
Caseload & Patient Progression:
Clinician / Therapist manages diverse clients (adults, adolescents, families), guiding them from intake to discharge with tailored, evidence-based treatment plans (e.g., CBT) while ensuring regulatory compliance.
General Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, with a focus on pediatric populations. Provide evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to individuals and families. Offer case management to connect clients with community resources and support services. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Engage in data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and improve outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate home and community care services. Provide crisis intervention and support to ensure client safety and well-being. Participate in professional development and contribute to clinic training programs. Support the clinic's growth by contributing to innovative care initiatives and community outreach.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited institution. New Jersey license. Experience in behavioral health and therapy. Familiarity with case management, medical documentation, and community resources. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building rapport with clients and families. Knowledge of evidence-based practices Why Join Us?
