Taylor Avenue, Neptune, NJ 07753 Job Type Full-Time Job Number 2026-31 Department Workforce Development Opening Date 06/10/2026 Description Benefits Description Serving under the Workforce Development Office (One Stop Career Center) the Employment Counselor will communicate with Social Service Agencies as well as organizations and clients, provide guidance and counseling to clients and place clients into suitable jobs. Job responsibilities are, but not limited to: Interview prospective clients and assist them in completing the certification and application process Schedule clients for testing and assessments Maintain essential files and records for participants Assist clients with job search Provide case management, counseling and support to clients Must have a valid NJ Driver's License. Please be advised, all Monmouth County positions are on site. There are no provisions for work remotely.
