Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) Join a Growing, Purpose-Driven Mental Health Practice New Hope Center for Mental Health is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients while growing professionally within a supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who values genuine client connections, quality care, and helping people navigate challenges and create meaningful change. The position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as our practice continues to expand. Clinicians will have the opportunity to provide care through both in-person and telehealth visits , offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients. What You'll Be Doing You'll work primarily with individual clients experiencing concerns such as: Anxiety and stress Trauma and PTSD Grief and loss Life transitions Relationship and emotional challenges Other common mental health concerns We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create lasting positive change.
