Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW or LPC to provide behavioral health services within an adult residential/boarding home setting. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor position with the freedom to create your own schedule. Work weekdays, evenings, or weekends based on your availability. Whether you're looking for supplemental income or full-time hours, this role offers flexibility, independence and the potential to earn over $100,000 annually with a full-time caseload.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling services Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation Coordinate care with facility staff and supervising providers Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Active New Jersey LCSW license or LPC license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with behavioral health, geriatric or residential populations preferred Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
