Key Responsibilities Support residents in achieving individualized recovery and treatment goals Assist with daily living skills, personal growth, and community integration Participate in the development and implementation of individualized service plans Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and resident records Monitor resident progress and communicate observations to the treatment team Facilitate recreational, educational, wellness, and skill-building activities Provide transportation assistance when needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in: Social Work Psychology Human Services Counseling Sociology Or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, residential services, human services, or community-based programs Experience supporting individuals living with mental health or co-occurring disorders Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care Experience as a Residential Counselor, Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Case Aide, or Community Support Worker Bilingual English/Spanish Start Your Career With Purpose If you're passionate about helping others and are looking to build a meaningful career in behavioral health, mental health services, social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, or human services, we'd love to hear from you.
