Job Description
We are hiring part-time and full-time licensed therapists to join our team of healthcare professionals! We are a local healthcare provider providing substance abuse treatment to the Santa Fe community. Staff members enjoy a collaborative, professional team environment. Training and ongoing educational experiences offered. Gain clinical knowledge, engage with clients in meaningful therapy, and impact the Santa Fe community in a positive and significant way. It is the therapist's role to help guide clients in their journey towards recovery from addiction. In addition to individual monthly sessions, the therapist will maintain quarterly treatment plans, refer clients to outside programs as appropriate, and assist the client with navigating their course to recovery. Weekly all-staff and mental health meetings guide clinical decisions to involve our multi-disciplinary clinical team.
