Description Serna Solutions is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide services for youth in Santa Fe Schools. Since 2003 Serna Solutions has provided clinical counseling services to individuals, coups and families with a variety of challenges. Through our years of services we have found that the best way to help people activate their own resources for insight and change is through and integrative style that is non-confrontational, yet challenging. We blend evidence-based practices with humanistic and insight-oriented techniques to empower people to reach their goals. Serna Solutions employs a wide variety of techniques and methods to assist clients in reaching their goals.

Seeking Safety Requirements:
Requirements Minimum qualifications include: Licensure as a non-independent Master's level behavioral health clinician (LMHC, LAMFT and LMSW) OR Licensure as an independent Master's level health clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsD, PhD Preferred qualifications include: Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Under the general direction of the clinical director/clinical supervisor the clinician will be responsible for: Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to youth in the school setting individually and possible groups; Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes; Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development; Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director; Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provides follow up to referring agency; Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations; Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support; Contact clients directly for the purposes of scheduling, follow up and case management; Provide crisis intervention, as needed; Provide training to other clinicians inside and outside of the organization as assigned; Minimum of 25 billable hours of service per week within six months of hire; (prorated to number of hours contacted) Perform other duties as assigned.
