This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary medical team to support patient stabilization, recovery, and continuity of care, in compliance with Nevada licensing regulations and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial and substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, and peer support teams in a medically integrated setting Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR Participate in treatment team meetings, training, and on-call rotation as assigned Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field Active Nevada license: CPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (required) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital, inpatient, or medically integrated setting preferred Experience treating substance use disorders and medically complex patients preferred Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
