We've created a welcoming space where clients can pause, feel heard, and begin moving forward. We want the clinicians who join us to feel valued for the care and perspective they bring to that space. We're looking for a Nevada-licensed LCSW or CPC who brings clinical skill, compassion, and curiosity to their work. You'll support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our practice serves adults, teens, couples, and families; your caseload will reflect your experience and areas of competence. What you'll do Provide individual therapy and, where it fits your training, couples, family, or group therapy. Complete assessments and develop treatment plans with clients. Use therapeutic approaches that fit each client's needs and goals. Keep timely, accurate clinical records in our electronic health record. Provide care in person or through secure telehealth. Recognize safety concerns and coordinate additional support or referrals when appropriate. What you'll bring An active Nevada LCSW or CPC license in good standing. Experience providing therapy and maintaining clinical documentation. Sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and respect for each client's story. A thoughtful, collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues. If you have a specialty, a population you especially enjoy serving, or an interest in facilitating groups, we'd love to hear about it.
