Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy in a supportive environment. The Mental Health Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to promote their mental well-being and facilitate personal growth. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including but not limited to grief counseling, addiction counseling, and crisis management. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with ICD-10 and ICD-9 standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate case management and ensure holistic care for clients. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Experience A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Valid intern or full licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent credentials is preferred. Experience in psychotherapy and familiarity with psychopharmacology is highly desirable. Proficiency in case management and crisis intervention techniques is essential. Previous experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health issues will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients are crucial for success in this role.
