Children's Clinician (Fee-for-Service) - School Based Brentwood, NY Part-Time | 30hrs/week, Mon-Fri 1:00PM-7:00

We are currently seeking a Fee-for-Service (FFS) Children's Clinician to provide flexible, part-time clinical services to children and adolescents in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who wants a consistent part-time schedule working with kids in the community.

What You'll Do:

Perform assessments to evaluate mental health, substance use, and behavioral conditions in children and adolescents Develop individualized, prescriptive treatment plans Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based, brief/focal models of care Track patient progress using outcome tools Coordinate care with schools, families, and other providers Advocate for each child's rights and needs across the treatment team Complete documentation in a timely, compliant manner

What You'll Need:

Master's degree in a human services field Active licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses Valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills; sound clinical judgment The day-to-day demands of this role require an extreme level of patience and de-escalation that may not align with your personal strengths or current coping strategies.
