We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Westchester County to find a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's passionate about integrated, whole-person care for a diverse patient population.

What You'll Do:

Provide short-term, evidence-based behavioral health treatment for adults, children, and families Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions Conduct crisis intervention as needed Build and adjust treatment plans based on each patient's social, emotional, and health needs Document clinical interventions, diagnoses, and progress accurately in the EMR Coordinate care with the broader medical team, plus outside agencies (schools, courts, social services) when needed Incorporate wellness education and preventive care referrals Join weekly one-hour clinical supervision Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing trainings

What You'll Need:

Master's Degree in Social Work Active

NYS LCSW

license Fluent bilingual Spanish/English required 3+ years of clinical experience with families and children (healthcare setting preferred) Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, especially with mental health and substance use populations
