As a nonprofit organization, Transitional Services, Inc. is an eligible employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. PSLF offers qualifying employees the opportunity to have their remaining federal student loan balance forgiven after meeting program requirements. Position Summary Provides support and supervision to adults living in a residential setting Medication management, meal planning, and crisis management Basic maintenance, such as shoveling snow. Conduct scheduled rounds and addresses concerns as they arise. Provide crisis intervention resulting in a positive outcome. Ability to engage a group of residents and build a supportive relationship with them.

Education requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree (or minimum of active/current junior standing) in any of the following: Child & Family Studies, Community Mental Health, Counseling, Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, Recreation Therapy, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Sociology, or Speech and Hearing A Bachelor's level education or higher in any field, PLUS (2) year's of paid experience in Health & Human Services or Customer Service

• OR•A Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)•OR•An Associate's degree in Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counseling or Human Services, PLUS (1) year of paid experience in Health & Human Services•OR•A high school degree and (3) year's of paid experience in Health & Human Services or Customer Service Must be fully vaccinated, possess a valid driver's license, and pass all required background checks, including drug screen.
